“A Place of Peace” has been the gracious name given to Willowood by guests over its 23-year ministry. The Ranch provides churches, ministries, and faith-based groups room to get away and connect with Christ through fellowship and rest while enjoying God's beautiful creation. We celebrate with every new connection made and would love the opportunity to host your group!

Willowood Ranch was established in 2000 by Celebration Ministries, Inc. to provide a safe, relaxing, and peaceful space for those in full-time ministry. Surrounded by the serene rolling hills of Texoma, individuals can get away from the busy distractions of work and allow themselves time to replenish, renew, and refocus. Willowood also accommodates various ministries to conduct their retreats, essentially ministering to the nations.

Retreat FAQs

  • Our compacity depends on the type of retreat you plan to host. As each of our houses is laid out differently, sleeping arrangements may vary between individual occupancy, shared rooms, or shared beds.

    We have 10 houses, 21 rooms and 45 beds avalible. Please see our lodging page for details.

  • Yes! Each house is fully equipped with furnished kitchens including our Ranch house which sleeps up to 14 overnight guests and is perfect for daytime entertaining. This house is frequently treated at a “Base” or smaller retreats with up to 30 guests.

    Helpful things provided are:

    Large refrigerator storage, industrial ice machine, standard kitchen equipment, dining spaces, grills, fire pits, flat top, trash receptacles, and more.

  • Meals are not included in your booking. We have a longstanding relationship with several area caterers who offer exceptional meal packages to our retreat friends. Our location is serviced by local private caterers as well as restaurants.

  • We do not have RV hookups or dump stations on the property. Boon docking is allowed but must be approved at booking and may come with a fee.

  • Service pets only. Please be aware that there are horses as well as barn cats, and ranch dogs that roam the property. They are not a threat to guests and are not allowed inside the spaces.

  • We do not accept overnight bookings for children’s or youth retreats at this time. Children are welcome if accompanied by parents, but youth-specific overnight events are not accepted.

    We welcome group outdoor overnight camping, as well a day-camp events. Please message us with special requests.

  • Tent camping is allowed, but must be approved in advance. Fees may apply

    We welcome the opportunity to connect with local Churches and community groups such as Trail Life, American Heritage Girls, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4-H, and FFA or other community youth programs.
