In addition to managing Willwood occasions, she provides on-site wedding coordination for Willwood Brides who welcome an organized touch. Miranda has transformed her talent for seeing past chaos into a thriving Chirst focused career. She is dedicated to making your event her top priority and ensuring every moment is as peaceful as possible.

With a heart for service, Al and Tracie have responded to their calling to serve individuals. Together their journey towards creating an impactful ministry began with a simple desire to further the Kingdom.

Range Master

As part of the Willowood Ranch team, Al oversees our on-site gun range. Al is a certified TxDPS "License To Carry" instructor and NRA Basic Pistol Trainer currently residing in North Texas. Growing up in Mississippi, he's always loved and respected firearms. Al is also, a professional comedian, minister, and inspirational speaker and has a gift for blending his passions for faith, fun, and firearms.

Facilities Manager and Hospitality Lead

Many things go into maintaining the beauty and functionality of a 350+ acre event ranch. Damon and Susan take pride in maintaining the functionality and appearance that provides comfort and reliability to guests. With a keen eye for detail and a shared gift for solutions, they ensure that every corner of the venue is a welcome experience. From welcoming retreat guests to manicured lawns to blooming flower beds, they work tirelessly to maintain a picturesque setting that delights guests and creates lasting memories. With a deep calling to excellence and a commitment to Christ, Damon, and Susan approach all they do with care and dedication.

Humble Chef Catering

Brian has played an integral part in countless private and corporate settings, blending his culinary expertise with a heart of service. For over 12 years the Humble Chef has shared his talents through faithful partnerships with weddings, corporate events, banquets, ministry retreats, large-scale food service, and private catering.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Brian's love for the culinary arts, which has been with him since a young age, often bridges the gap between his personal and business life. Finding joy in cooking shows, collecting unique recipes, and developing custom menus are just a few examples of his calling.

Using his exemplary gifts to demonstrate the love of Jesus to everyone he serves has truly set Brian apart in a world full of fast food and passive service. With a humble spirit and a heart filled with compassion, Chef Gardner embodies the essence of culinary artistry and servant leadership, making him an invaluable addition to the team at Willowood Ranch.
