  • The rental fee for Willowood Ranch ranges from $5,500 - $8,500. Our couples generally have a total wedding budget ranging from $10,000- $20,000.

  • Located 45 miles north of Dallas and the DFW Metoplex, Willowood Ranch features 350+ of North Texas finest hill country.

  • As an open vendor venue, we encourage our couples to choose from our experianced and tested list of prefered vendors! Willowood couples are also welcome to select thier own licensed and insured catering service as well!

  • Beer, Wine and Champagne are allowed for service. TABC Bartender and security are required for any and all alcohol service.

    Willowood Ranch does NOT allow liquor, BYOB or self-serve bar options.
